🐎 The Dutton Legacy Lives On
Luke Grimes isn’t done with “Yellowstone” just yet. CBS has officially announced a brand-new spinoff series titled “Y: Marshals,” and yes—the youngest Dutton, Kayce, will be front and center once again.
While details about the storyline are still under wraps, fans can expect the continuation of Kayce’s journey, possibly alongside his wife Monica (Kelsey Asbille) and their son Tate.
The series is set to premiere midseason next year, keeping the Dutton family saga alive after “Yellowstone” wrapped its five-season run in December 2024.
🔥 What Happened In The ‘Yellowstone’ Finale?
In the final moments of “Yellowstone,” Kayce made a bold move by selling the family ranch to Chief Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) at its original value—just $1.25 an acre.
But he struck a deal to keep his family rooted on East Camp.
The finale ended with Kayce and Tate buying cattle, hinting at a new beginning.
Now, with “Y: Marshals” on the horizon, we may finally get answers about where their story heads next.
🎬 Why ‘Y: Marshals’ Could Be A Hit
Grimes himself hinted at a possible continuation before the “Yellowstone” finale even aired.
He told PEOPLE, “There’s always rumblings… But it all comes down to Taylor [Sheridan]’s vision.”
With Sheridan still calling the shots, expect gripping storytelling and more Dutton family drama in this next chapter.
🌄 More ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoffs Are Coming
“Y: Marshals” isn’t the only “Yellowstone” universe expansion.
Michelle Pfeiffer and Matthew Fox will star in “The Madison,” a present-day drama following a grieving New York family who moves to Montana.
And rumors continue to swirl about a possible Beth and Rip-focused spinoff, although nothing’s been confirmed yet.
